Great, Fast and Fun

She keeps the pace moving really fast, but not too fast. I would recommend this to anyone I have three of Leslie's videos now and this one is by far my favorite. After a few times of listening & watching the video I now play the DVD on my portable player and watch TV while I work out. It is very easy to keep up because Leslie prompts with hand movements for the next step. She also has Boost Walking which is like a light jogging which really steps up my workout.
