It was one of the moves I was having trouble with, and it has been really awesome seeing that in just a few days I have strengthened my muscles enough to be able to hold the positions. I'm thinking about getting the Cardio Max DVD to go with it and really step up my game. -The people doing the workout are former contestants from Biggest Loser. It is really encouraging to be working out alongside people that don't make you feel like the fattest, most unfit person in the world. I was able to keep up perfectly, which tells me that this is really working for me.
A couple things I really enjoy:.
When I first started I had trouble keeping up, but today (just my 4th day using it).
I would really recommend this DVD.
You work every muscle.
I can't wait to get to the next level.
-One of the moves Jillian does in level 1 is a modified push-up formed from yoga positions.
I've only done the level 1 workout so far, but it has really been great.
I bought this DVD a couple months ago, but just started using it.
They are not the fittest people.
