Only problem I have it that I can not view on my laptop when I travel and want to exercise to this DVD. Highly recomment this supplier for my DVD came very quickly after ordering. Love my Hip Hop Abs DVDs.

Fun Workout - Feel It In Your Abs

It is a great workout and really quite enjoyable, if not amusing. Almost like being at a dance club with your gym instructor. I was not bothered by his voice or the music. I found the moves easy to follow. Only issue is that then you can't hear his instructions. You can make the music louder than his voice if it does bother you. I felt results after the first time through the DVD. Some reviewers commented negatively on his voice.

Hip Hop Abs is alrite but it's not as cardio as Taebo, and I didn't break too much of a sweat, and rather low on intensity, but it's fun, but not much of a workout.

Good aerobics w/some dance w/mat leg work

Learn to DAnce - "Hip Hop Groove" - 22 min. The main part is 24 min, mostly all aerobics w/some dance moves which disappointed me. The last 10 min is leg lifts on a mat w/some yoga & basic leg/spinal stretches like sitting fwd bend, child's pose, knee to chest stretch & reclining spinal twist. He's a great teacher. By going 1/2 speed, you don't go so slow you forget where your body is or get bored w/too much talking. The moves are hot & Shawn can teach. You do 1/2 time a couple times before full speed at the end.
(I also reviewed the basic set in detail). Since everyone wrote great reviews on how good the dancers were to keep you inspired & how great Shawn T's personality is, I'll just add the basic info. He gives great cues on how to move the body, doesn't count like most dance instruction dvds, shows you very slow at first, then goes 1/2 time several times & builds to a routine.
