I'm fighting belly fat and in the last two weeks have lost inches off my belly. Jennifer is an excellent instructor. However, I can reccommend this video to everyone who wants a great workout but is tired of laying on the floor doing crunches, lifting weights and walking on a treadmill. boarring. So I do have a love of dancing. It's just a fun way to get fit. And I feel good about myself.
Thank you Jennifer. After just the first week I was able to learn all the routines without missing a step. I took jazz dance for years when I was in High School and my early twenties. I'm 53 and have been working out my whole life just to keep healthy and fit. This workout is so fun your hour is up before you know it.

Difficult unless you are a dancer.

I've done several years of ballet and gymnastics and though some of the workouts were fun, the choreography was way too hard to pick up in such a short time. So unless you are gifted in dance, this may not be the workout for you.

A good selection of both cardio and toning exercises. Highly recommended. Jennifer is able to teach the moves very well and starts off with easier things (just a step) and gradually you find yourself actually doing the full moves. The basic cardio routine is a good one to start with in terms of moves and results, especially if you are just starting out - I found it good for me at least to start.

So far, I enjoy the routines and they're not too hard to do. I'll let you know if it helps get some of this LARD off my butt.

The dance moves really get your heart rate racing within a short time. Overall I think this is a very good DVD This video gives a good workout but the dance steps take some time to learn. I like the fact that you can do the individual workouts or pick and choose which ones you want to do.
