you stretch each body group after it is worked, and cooldown with slower moving exersizes. get you sweating, esp if you really push yourself and put energy into it. she is sooo movtivating that you want to keep going, even when you cant do it. i actually want to do the video every day just so i can get to the point where i am flexible enough to perfectly do all the exersices. but trust meeee, it will def.
