This arrived in good shape and it was well received by the children who never have seen anything like this. I picture this being a collectors item someday.

By the last story the art is down right bad, Speed and the other characters are no longer on spec. And while most of the stories are fun to read, they are not the greatest in the world. The page layouts are messy, and down right bad at times. By the end of "The Secret of the Golden Arrow" you could tell Yoshida was just phoning it in. This is good to read from a historical pop culture level. Many of the endings are deus ex machina.

If you like Speed Racer at all, these are worth getting. I was befuddled by the layout but once I got the hang of it I found it fun to read. These are a definate treasure to have and a great price from Amazon. This was such a great find. Most of the stories are based on the show but they have different twists to them that kept my interest.

Amazon send the first copy and was defected, great costumer service and send the second copy right away but it was defected after that I ask for my money back. Bad luck.
