how do I connect the Blu ray to internet?
We have a Sony BDP-BX2 and I can't connect it to the internet. Help? Network diagnostics tells me to check that the power for the router is on and it is. That all cables between the router and blu ray are connected, and they are. And also that the type of cable is correct...that is what I am not sure of...I am using a regular phone and ethernet cable it's plugged in the modem/router and in the blue ray...is this the correct cable or is there a specific one that I need. The IP address doesn't show up either...I am just confused and I really want to connect it for my Netflix account.
You need to use an ethernet cable - not a phone cable.
